What is good to know

A simple scan of a completed and signed notification in paper form sent by e-mail does not meet the requirements of an authorised conversion, even if such notification bears a certified signature.

The notifier named in the notification is always a natural person, do not fill in the name of a legal entity.

In the case of submission via a databox of a legal entity, the notifier must be the statutory representative of the company.

In the case of submission via the data box of a legal entity that is a public authority, the notifier must also attach their qualified electronic signature and time stamp to the document.
